 hmm i havent gone on msn for soo long. this is probably my record for not longest-time-not-online...i'm guessing it's been a month or something. probably more? and for those of you who don't know, it's not because i'm trying to be more productive/efficient/whateverthehell with my time. it's only because my computer laptop is being a virus-prone-retard. kay anyways. this is a random update. atm, i have nothing better to do and might as well update you people on my life.
soo.....oh yeah. my rents are now making me pay for all my own stuff with $1k per month only. sure, it might sound a lot, but that includes:
- $500 for food [approx]
- $100 for travelling [octopus money]
- $100 for phone bill [sorry if i dont text you :) use orange!]
- $150 for school supplies [for this month anyway]
- $50 for other expenses [miscellaneous crap]
that leaves what, $100 dollars a month for me to save up on? and that if i decide to live with a non-existent social life [how sad] and refrain from going out to see a movie ($60), for a meal ($20 unless i go to mcd), or to shop (>$200) so you see, i should probably be looking very forward to cny...(red packets=$$ :D)
on a happier note, i am no longer sick ^^ okok maybe i am a little. but i woke up this morning and found that i could actually breathe properly and hear in my left ear :) that alone is cause for celebration. i probably caught a cold last tuesday during the swim heats when we were forced by sadistic pe teachers to expressed our house spirit by freezing our half-naked asses off in the rain taking part in a swimming competition. *cough*. anyways, just glad that i improved [i think] compared to last year [ie. not much] 
ooo have you guys seen the new ipod nano? ok i'm betting that you guys already have (especially the nerds out there who have www.apple.com as their homepage xD) it's nice, but i like the old one better, even if it scratches more easily :P but honestly, what's wrong with the old one? i wouldnt have minded if they changed the base colour under the plastic to colours other than black and white (if they did i'd totally buy one (well...after saving up several years on $100 a month anyway)) but this has turned into some sort of mini ipod-mini [sorry. it came out weird], and i was never a fan of the ipod mini in the first place so i guess that's why i dont really like this one. but i'll welcome it anyways because it means that the older version will now be cheaper :D muahahahaha [im such a scrimpy opportunist, i know xD] 
and now for a less-well-known but absolutely-awesome-all-the-same product that i'll probably never be able to afford. even though i can't find the retail price. *searches*.......urk. it ranges from $2800-$7800HKD.....and thats comparing the smallest one to the largest one. ok i'm gonna stop looking at tablets now because this is just depressing. [i could afford the smaller one, if i wanted to spend 80% of my savings. so no.] maybe if i beg extra hard before xmas or something then i might have a nanoscopically-larger chance of getting it than i do now :)
hm. my mom's phone was ringing, and i just realized that she used my extremely-bad composition from several years ago to be her ringtone.....sorry, that was random. but i'm thinking that she should change it. lol moving on.

[and i also hate it how people euphemise the word "died"..ok, so maybe it feels more respectful to say it that way, but.........blehh ok i'll shut up. i'm probably offending a lot of people here.] anyways, RIP xD argh dammit i feel a coughing fit coming on x( this is probably a cue for me to jump up and get a drink before i cant breathe for coughing, but i cant be bothered :D partly because there's no water. great. hmm i have nothing more to type about. apart from the fact that yesterday, i went flag selling :) and people kept giving me strange looks every time i got my tempo out as if i shouldnt be selling flags if i was sick. i'm sorry if coming into contact with you via an orange sticker will give you sars. xP  if you read the whole entry, i congratulate you :)
